Could not ask for a better centre. My daughter loves it!! All the carers are so nice and caring. The centre is always clean and always smells nice when you walk in. Love the yummy chef prepared food. Highly recommend!!
Bay Explorers is second to none in early learning child care providers in Hervey Bay. My family are very pleased and blessed to be a part of the Bay Explorers community. My two children love attending and creating special bonds with their teachers/carers; they run a very high quality service. I highly recommend them. Thank you Bay Explorers. We have had a wonderful experience over the last 4 years at Bay Explorers Urangan. Our children have now been in care with most of their Educators of which we cannot fault. Our children always have the best time and enjoy all their delicious meals. We truly believe they are loved and cared for during care and most importantly their individual development has been nurtured. We highly recommend this centre.
Absolutely fantastic staff - makes me feel so much happier knowing she is being looked after and cared for the way I do. All of the staff are lovely and it's great that they get to spend time with them all throughout the day!! Lilly loves the outside play area and can't stop bragging about the guinea pigs.
Great place to be! All the staff are wonderful, friendly and actually taketime to listen and understand what you want for your child. I personally would like to have Michelle for us 24/7 :) she rocks! :) Thank you girls so much for taking extra time to look after Henri! He has made an enormous progress with you and he loves being there. Great clean facility, lovely fresh meals and fruits provided! As far as I am concerned its a little HEAVEN ON EARTH for the kids...Keep it up!!! :)
My son loves it - and I love how caring the staff are and loving towards all the children.
Every time I enter the centre I am greeted by every member of staff, and every time I have an interaction they speak with genuine care and concern for my child. I can't reiterate how important is to have the reassurance that you're leaving your child in a warm and loving place. Educators evidently love their job which reflects the care they provide to the kids.
I had 7 fantastic years with Bay Explorers. Cannot fault them. And the chefs are amazing!!
The director is amazing and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves going there and I always feel great when I arrive and leave again knowing my daughter is in great hands.
It's safe, clean, beautiful, staff are friendly but the most important thing is, is that my kids LOVE IT. they ask me everyday, is it a school day mum. lol thanks guys :)

We love Bay Explorers Urangan. My first born went to Bay Explorers from toddler through to the Kindy room and it gave her a wonderful start to her learning before school Prep. She is now in Grade 4 at primary school and her brother now attends at Bay Explorer Urangan. She loves to come with me to drop him off and see familiar faces that looked after her while she was there. My son is in the toddler room and loves it. The staff at Bay Explorers Urangan are all so welcoming and helpful and provide great feedback on how my child's day went. I would highly recommend Bay Explorers to any family looking for care.
Kindy Portal is such a valuable resource. We love seeing what Toby gets up to each day and I love how the room educators include the sleep and meal page in photos.
My 1 year old waves goodbye & runs off to play since day 1! Plus doesn't want to leave when I pick him up....need I say more? Thanks for making my sons first day an absolute breeze. The staff and manager are awesomely friendly and made the whole thing super easy! My son is very excited to continue coming here! Thanks again
Couldn't be happier with my son's teacher Miss Michelle. He,s been so sick and she rang up to see how he is going - love that she treats the kids like they are her own :) . Very happy to be taking my son here and knowing he's in great hands highly recommend !!!
